    About Me - Plenet_OTAKU / Vladimir
    Founder of TheArtofWar.EU

My name is Vladimir, but most people online know me as Plenet_OTAKU. Back in 2014, I started TheArtofWar.EU with a simple idea in mind: play together, have fun, build something meaningful.
It was never just about servers or technology. It was always about people, about shared moments, about creating a space where community actually means something.

It all began with games like Minecraft, Starbound and Unturned. Over time, it grew into an international project with custom tools, a strong identity and a TeamSpeak server that’s still active to this day.
Some members have been around for years, others just pass through - but each one leaves a mark.

I’m the one behind the structure. I manage the servers, build the tools, run the backend and make sure the system works. But at the heart of it all, I care most about the people. The connections.
The feeling that this is more than just a name.

I value loyalty, honesty, and real connections. I have no patience for fake smiles or hidden agendas. Trust has to be earned, and not everyone deserves full access to your world.
I believe in openness, but I’ve learned to choose who I’m open with. Respect goes both ways.

My leadership style is straightforward. I prefer a flat hierarchy, where everyone has a voice. But I also know that a project needs someone to make decisions and keep things on track.
That’s my role - not as a boss, but as someone who takes responsibility and listens.

What keeps me going? It’s the little ideas. The random thoughts that turn into real improvements. Even when motivation is low, there’s always that drive to push things forward.
Progress, no matter how small, is what keeps this alive.

Technically, I feel at home with WoltLab, Plesk, Debian, and Proxmox. I’m fluent in both Windows and Linux environments.
I build systems, develop websites, manage servers, and handle visual design when needed. It’s not just about code - it’s about balance between structure and creativity.

My vision for the future of TheArtofWar.EU is simple: grow the reach, expand the community, and stay true to what matters. I want to keep it neutral, international, and honest.
Numbers matter, but the experience matters more. In the end, it’s not just what we build that counts. It’s how we build it. Together.
