Do you have opening or support hours
Yes. Support hours are 15:00 to 23:00 (UTC+1).
Tickets can still be answered outside these hours.

Can I verify on mobile or tablet
Yes. Mobile and tablet work fine.
- Your mobile device must be in the same internet or wifi network as the PC where TeamSpeak is running
I was connected to multiple TeamSpeak servers. Is that a problem
No. Being connected to multiple servers does not cause verification or group assigner issues.
How to get Verified
- Open the group assigner page Open group assigner
- Click Start before using the group assigner.
- You will receive a confirmation code in TeamSpeak.
- Paste the code into the website and click Send.

- exactly one main game
- one to five sub games
- optionally one to three languages
- Scroll down and click Save.
- You are now Verified.
- Start private chats. Unverified users can reply after you message them
- Send poke messages
- Set an avatar
- Use !sub and !unsub in private chat with the MusicBot
- If you do not receive a code, make sure you are connected to TeamSpeak and try again
- If multiple clients match, select your correct client in the website
- If it still fails, open a ticket with your nickname and the time you tried
Why do I need Verified for some features
Verification is a security measure to prevent spam and abuse.

How often can I use the group assigner
As often as you want. There is no cooldown and no limit.
It says successful but my groups did not change
In very rare cases it can take a short moment until groups are updated. This is extremely rare.
I selected the wrong language or game
No problem. You can change it anytime in the group assigner.
Languages only affect messages that support multiple languages.
Manage your server groups
- Open the group assigner page Open group assigner
- Click Start.
- You will receive a confirmation code in TeamSpeak.
- Paste the code into the website and click Send.
- Update your selections and click Save.
- Your groups are assigned automatically by the bot.
Vote for us and get a level boost
You can vote once per day. Votes reset monthly.
- Always use your exact TeamSpeak nickname when voting
- Level boosts are only granted through votes on teamspeak-servers.org
What happens if I miss a vote day
- You will not receive a boost for that day
- Your vote streak will be reset
Do I level while AFK or alone
No. If you are AFK or alone in a channel you do not gain level progress.
How to get higher levels faster
The fastest way to get higher levels is by using vote level boosts. Every daily vote gives you a temporary multiplier. The longer your vote streak, the higher the boost.
- A vote day runs from 06:00 to 06:00
- Missing one day resets your streak
- Vote streaks reset on the 1st of each month
- Days 1 to 12: x2 level progress
- Days 13 to 20: x3 level progress
- Days 21 to 26: x4 level progress
- Days 27 to 29: x5 level progress
- Days 30 and above: x10 level progress
- Always use your exact TeamSpeak nickname when voting so the boost can be assigned correctly
- Level boosts are only granted through votes on teamspeak-servers.org
How to reduce warnings
If you currently have active warnings, voting helps reduce them faster. Each vote day you receive a one time warning reduction if you have an active warning.
- The warning reduction can only happen once per vote day
- Voting does not remove warnings instantly
- You must still follow the rules
If no further rule violations happen, warnings will also expire automatically over time. Voting is simply the faster way to reduce them and also supports the server.

We use our own control and management bot systems. Everything is programmed by us.

Can I apply and what jobs do you have
Yes. Applications are possible via jobs.theartofwar.eu.
All open positions are listed there. You must speak German. That is a main requirement.
I received a warning but do not know why
Most rule violations are detected automatically and warning points are assigned by the system.
- You cannot view the detailed reason afterwards on your own
- If you need details, open a ticket
Do warnings expire automatically
Yes. Warnings can expire automatically over time.
- If you receive new warning points during this time, the decay progress can reset

Permanent channel
Requirements: Verified, active on this TeamSpeak, website account.
Apply in support or open a ticket. Processing is usually fast, up to 24 hours.
After 1 year inactivity the channel can be deleted and must be requested again.
Paid Area channel
Requirement: Premium, VIP or MVP rank.
The Paid Area channel must be requested manually. Processing is usually fast, up to 24 hours.
You get a permanent space with password protection for privacy.
Access is granted after successful verification.
MusicBot commands
- Open a private chat with the MusicBot
- Send !sub to subscribe
- Send !unsub to unsubscribe
- If you cannot message the bot, get Verified first
My vote boost is missing
Most boost issues happen because the nickname used for voting does not match your TeamSpeak nickname.
- Use your exact TeamSpeak nickname when voting
- Do not add extra spaces, symbols, or different casing
- After voting, give it some time. It is not always instant
I changed my website account name. Does this affect TeamSpeak
No. Changing your website account name does not affect TeamSpeak.

Each user may only use one identity.
Feedback and suggestions
I did not receive a confirmation code
- Make sure you are connected to TeamSpeak
- Click Start again and wait a few seconds
- If multiple clients show up, select the correct one
Rules and behavior
Be respectful. Follow the rules. Warnings and punishments are handled by the moderation system.
- Voting does not remove warnings instantly
- Boosts and reductions can take time to apply
- Repeated rule violations will still be punished
Bots or commands are not working
Please open a ticket so the issue can be checked.
